The Pointe at Kilpatrick is a Supportive Living and Memory Care Community located in picturesque, natured filled Crestwood, Illinois. Our beautiful community is located in a central spot, just blocks away from the Little Calumet River and nestled between several forests and nature preserves.

The Pointe is dedicated to providing a safe and enriching home for seniors’ age 65 and better. The Pointe maintains a wide array of services and amenities designed to provide residents with all the day to day conveniences. A financial assistance program is available to those who qualify, making The Pointe affordable to all seniors.

The Pointe at Kilpatrick features a small neighborhood where memories are cherished and loved ones are safe. Their Memory Care Community features just 18 apartments where residents are afforded one-on-one support. At The Pointe at Kilpatrick, there is specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other memory conditions. The programs and activities are designed with the resident’s abilities in mind, to ensure their sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.

The Pointe at Kilpatrick is fortunate to be a participant in an innovative program called the Illinois Supportive Living Program. The Pointe is a certified supportive living provider through Health Care and Family Services (HFS). This program provides an opportunity for a greater amount of people over the age of 65 to receive affordable senior housing with assisted services. Depending on a person’s financial situation, Medicaid will reimburse for cost of rent and services provided while living at The Pointe. A person qualifies if they are at least 65 and meet criteria both health related and financial.

You will never be asked to move due to your inability to pay your rent. Not all assisted living communities can make this statement. Every resident’s financial situation is different. The Pointe at Kilpatrick would be happy to meet with you and discuss your individual needs.
