Home Sweet Home, a cozy adult micro-community group home, is located in the beautiful residential neighborhood Arlington Heights, just two miles from exceptional Northwest Community Hospital.

~Short-Term Care - Respite

At Home Sweet Home, we understand that there are times in life when in order to meet goals to the fullest extent, a break is needed. This is why we offer short-term respite care, providing care to our residents in order to ensure families and caregivers have time to lower stress that may be associated with ongoing care, while also making sure the needs of the resident are continuously met.

~Alzheimer's Care

As a caregiver or family member, it is likely understood that caring for loved ones afflicted with Alzheimer's can, at times, be challenging. At Home Sweet Home, our staff is trained and licensed to support and provide individualized care for our residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia to the fullest extent in all stages of the disease.

~Long-Term Care

Home Sweet Home is prepared to support our residents in all of their basic daily living needs.
