Personalized Care for Seniors
Our staff takes pride in their work and are very patient and compassionate about senior care. Residents come first and the staff gives them choices so that they can stay independent for as long as possible. Respect and dignity is shown to each individual that walks in the door.
Our staff is skilled and trained to deliver Assisted Living and Memory Care. Here’s a little bit about our approach to these two care options:
-Assisted Living — We provide just the right amount of assistance to make our residents’ lives easier and healthier, while enabling them to live as independently as possible.
-Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care — Our state-of-the-art Clare Bridge Program employs the latest research plus the knowledge base and experience of the largest provider of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care in the nation. Our programs can help your loved one maintain their mental functions, be more engaged with the world and enjoy the satisfaction and dignity of daily moments of success.
A Community Built For Comfort and Enjoyment
Along with providing excellent care, our community has many features to make your stay enjoyable. Our three story building is surrounded with beautiful landscaping and outdoor pathways, providing opportunities for residents to go on walks.
We have several sunporch areas where seniors can kick up their feet, relax and socialize with other guests. One of those areas is in our memory care neighborhood, and from the sunroom our residents can access the courtyard, which features a security system designed to ensure safety.
Our programs and events are specifically designed for seniors and take into account residents’ personal interests, hobbies and passions. Programs that provide quality-of-life for our residents include weekly bocce ball tournaments, wheel of fortune, the quilt club, painting lessons, spending time in our vegetable garden, live entertainment, fishing trips, shopping trips, exercise every day and of course bingo.
In addition to our daily activities, we like to have special celebrations perhaps for a holiday or birthday, or for no reason at all. Our aim is to get residents together and having fun. For example, we have a yearly Mardi Gras party, a luau in the summer, and a craft show in the fall that features crafts by local artisans as well as creations made by our own residents.
Through years of experience serving seniors, we have developed a process that allows us to customize personal care plans for our Assisted Living residents. Your customized care plan means you only pay for the services you need and want, giving you the flexibility to change your plan.
We understand the importance of maintaining familiar daily routines for Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory care seniors. And we work to incorporate this into our Memory Care.
