What makes ComForCare different?
Our personalized approach to care sets us apart. We understand that every person and every situation is unique, so we use our Superior Process to identify their specific needs and create a care plan that meets them. Whatever you need, we are here for you. Whether it is medication reminder or help with meal preparation, safety supervision or companionship, ComForCare allows clients to stay in their home and continue to do all the things they love. With ComForCare at your side, you and your loved one can live life on your own terms.
At ComForCare, our mission is to help people live their best life possible. Whether due to illness, injury or aging, home care helps people live independently, in their own homes, for as long as possible. In-home care services can assist with everyday activities while maintaining one’s sense of freedom, dignity and connections to friends and family.
Elite Caregivers and Hiring Process
We match our caregivers and clients based on their personalities, backgrounds and social histories. Caregivers are then trained to work with clients' specific needs and special requests. Each caregiver is bonded and insured, and we ensure they meet a rigorous hiring process with ongoing training and evaluations through their employment with ComForCare.
Family Respite
Are you caring for a parent or other loved one? Do you need a helping hand? It’s important for family caregivers to take time to rest and recharge. Whether it’s for a few hours a week or daily, we can provide outstanding care and peace of mind when family caregivers need temporary relief from caregiving duties.
Dementia Care
Our proprietary program, DementiaWise®, engages and enhances the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while providing support and education for the family. Caregivers take special care to recognize behavioral triggers and use redirection, which may help prevent or reduce any challenging dementia behaviors, while helping clients remain independent for as long as possible.
Transitions of Care
We have processes in place to help people successfully transition home after a stay in a hospital, rehabilitation center or skilled nursing facility. Our Transitions of Care Program can provide one-time care services or ongoing care plans, which include a nurse’s evaluation of needs, a personalized routine based on the evaluation and home safety checks as needed.
Support Services
Home care isn’t just for older adults. Anyone who needs a little extra help at home can benefit from our services. ComForCare caregivers can provide non-medical support and assistance to new parents, adults with disabilities, or those recovering from an illness or surgical procedure. In addition, home care services often complement other types of care someone may already be receiving in their home, such as hospice or home health care.
With ComForCare at your side, you can feel confident in the care you or your loved one is receiving. You can feel comfortable knowing a dedicated caregiver is there to help. Our responsive management team is waiting to answer any questions that come up; therefore, you can rest assured you will always be heard, taken care of and able to live your best life possible.
