Enjoy independent living with convenient on-site care choices if ever needed. Our Wellness Resource Center is staffed with a nurse who can help you proactively manage your health, navigate the health care system, and perform routine medical screenings, such as blood pressure readings. And we’ve partnered with Custom Home Care, an independent company that provides à la carte home care services ranging from medication reminders to escort service and more, on a fee-for-service basis.

Take advantage of scheduled transportation for day excursions, grocery shopping, and retail shopping—or schedule our private car with our driver to whisk you to personal appointments, the Metra, or wherever life takes you. You can also take your own car, which is conveniently parked in our heated garage or outdoor lot.

There is a single, predictable monthly fee, which includes all utilities (except your landline and television service beyond basic cable), property taxes, weekly housekeeping, home and exterior maintenance, plus concierge services and a multitude of other amenities, programs, and services.
