Potomac Seniors Village was established in August 2008 designed to empower the elderly to maintain and enhance the lifestyle they have come to enjoy. The community is nestled in seven acres of property amidst the shadows of pine, maple, and cedar trees in a tranquil and serene setting. Located in one of the most posh localities in the nation, 20 minutes from our nation’s capital and 10 minutes from Northern Virginia, Bethesda, and Rockville, the community provides an ideal and centralized location for family and friends living in the D.C. metropolitan area. The community is also located next to the Village, nearby the most prestigious shopping area, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Residents can also enjoy the community’s proximity to the library, hospitals, and places of worship. A two to one ratio of staff members to a resident, provides an intimate and personalized service unmatched by any of the area competitors.

With over 12,000 square foot of living space, Potomac Seniors Village is divided into three homes, each with different a floor plans to cater to an individual’s unique needs. Residents who require more space may opt for private living areas and a private bathroom. Others may desire a fire-place or deck. Residents also enjoy amenities such as a theatre room, sunroom, and entertainment room.

Transportation is provided through a Mercedes Benz to any scheduled medical appointments or family visits. The community also encourages family members to remain engaged in the residents’ daily routines therefore family members can communicate at their leisure through video conference (Skype) or email.
