Our Azura Memory Care of Oconomowoc home has been specially designed to meet the needs of those with dementia and to support them through all stages of the disease process. From the paint on the walls to pattern of the floors, every item has been purposely designed for those within our family of care.
Each resident at Azura Memory Care has their own furnished Studio Suite to rest their head, which features a private age-in-place bathroom with roll-in shower, built-in cabinetry, RCare response system, cable and phone hook-ups, and the encouraged option to personalize it with pictures and mementos of home. We also offer a Couples or Enhanced Suite for those looking for more space.
Our goal at Azura Memory Care is for our residents to be as engaged in their environment as possible. Our Fowler and Lac Labelle Households are joined by a community center and a care campus features MOSAIC Purposeful Destinations, multi-sensory rooms, sound masking system, community cafe, library, secured courtyard with walking path, and screened-in porches. In addition, a wellness center with a spa and salon.
Our team is specially trained through Azura’s exclusive MOSAIC education and engagement system to approach, communicate and engage those with memory loss. In addition, our team learns our resident’s personal preferences, understands our resident’s history and weaves those personal pieces into their care and engagement time.
Using our MOSAIC Therapies of Creativity, Cognitive Stimulation, Dreams and Environment we find ways to provide personalized moments of joy!
