An In-Person Brain and Body Fitness Class
This program consists of 21 simple exercise tools designed for all ages and abilities. Movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair with shoes off. The exercises, based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on the healthy longevity of the body and brain. Always done to music and good humor and laughter are guaranteed! **Be sure to bring your socks!!
