Meets virtually every Wednesday
Join Dr. Cecilia Brantley for a low-impact virtual Strength class. The class focuses on toning total body exercises including Warm-up, Light-Stretch, Strength, and Gentle-Kickboxing. Each workout session includes some modifications. Please don't forget your towel and water bottle.
Workout with the Urban Health Initiative and Body Parts Fitness on zoom every Wednesday and Friday morning. Class begins at 8:15 am cst. You will be allowed to join 5 minutes before class at 8:10 am.
There is no cost to join, but registration is required.
