Meets virtually every Friday
Join Coach Jason for a fun low-impact virtual Cardio class. The class focuses on total body exercises and includes a warmup, cardio, strength and cool-down. Exercise modifications will be provided. Please don't forget your towel and a water bottle.
Workout with the Urban Health Initiative and Body Parts Fitness on zoom every Wednesday and Friday morning. Class begins at 8:15 am cst. You will be allowed to join 5 minutes before class at 8:10 am.
There is no cost to join, but registration is required.
