Through our Hub for Care Coordination, our expert and compassionate staff applies an individualized approach with access to a full range of programs and services.

ADULT DAY SERVICES
Family caregivers have true peace of mind knowing their loved ones are engaged each day with our caring, professional team at CJE SeniorLife’s Adult Day Services (ADS) in Deerfield and Evanston. Our expert staff provides supervised, structured socialization along with support and stimulating programs for seniors.
BENEFITS SERVICES
Our team of highly-experienced professionals are available to help you identify and apply for the broadest range possible of benefits and support services. Our staff provides a person-centered service that helps seniors and their families find ways to reduce expenses and increase income so they can live in the community with dignity and respect as they age. Our service is available at many locations across the Chicago area in English and Russian.
CARE MANAGEMENT
Our talented, experienced, and caring team of social workers collaborate and support older adults’ independence with a focus on their quality of life: health, comfort, safety, and happiness with a clear commitment to fostering their dignity. Together, we have extensive expertise and skills in the aspects of aging. Our approach is holistic and person-centered in how we offer seniors and their families support, guidance, referrals, and direct services.
CAREGIVER RESOURCES

COUNSELING SERVICES
CJE Counseling Services is staffed by a team of highly-skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are specialists in the field of mental health services for seniors. Services are available on telehealth with a video or audio connection, in our offices, and some limited home visits.
FOOD SERVICES
CJE SeniorLife’s food services offer convenient, nutritious, and tasty options for daily meals or special occasion catering. Whether you’d love having frozen kosher meals on hand for a quick and easy meal, or the comfort of having fabulous, nutritious fare delivered to your home daily, you can depend on us for all your food needs.
HOLOCAUST COMMUNITY SERVICES
The number of Holocaust survivors turning to community agencies has steadily increased as aging and frailty take their toll; in just the past six years, HCS quintupled in clients. The project now serves more than 1,900 survivors with monthly financial assistance, and over 2,000 in total with other programming, referrals, and socialization opportunities.
LEGAL SERVICES
CJE’s legal team is available for in-person, telephone, or virtual (Zoom) appointments to assist with civil legal matters. Our services are available to those age 60 and older and living in Illinois.
